Good News! The lobbies at all our locations will be opening to our human clients beginning Monday, June 8th. Please note the following prior to your visit:

– Please call from your car.

– To avoid people congregating in the lobby we will either call you back or come to your car to escort you into an exam room immediately.

– We will utilize the side door as an exit.

Anyone entering must have a mask covering their nose and mouth. Please visit the CDC website here for recommendations on appropriate face coverings.

– We are offering express pickup on meds and food. Pay on the phone and your pickup will be super fast! Please call us to learn more.

– The Manheim Pike Cat boarding facility is open too!

For scheduled appointments:

Please call us when you arrive.

For Dogs:

  • At our Manheim Pike location, our receiving team members will meet you at our white picket fence, one family at a time, on the side of the building and exchange your pet safely.
  • At our Leola and downtown location a team member will meet you at your car.
  • Our nurse or doctor will take your pets history over the phone or in person
  • Once the exam is completed, a team member will call you to discuss findings and recommendations.
  • After treatment your pet will be returned to you by one of our team members.
  • We can take payment over the phone with a credit card and email your receipt to you.

    For Cats:

  • Cats must be in a carrier and a team member will come to your car to transport your cat into our building.
  • Our nurse will take your pets history over the phone or in person.
  • Once the exam is completed, a team member will call you to discuss findings and recommendations.
  • After treatment your pet will be returned to you by one of our team members.
  • We can take payment over the phone with a credit card and email your receipt to you.

    For medication & food pickup:

  • Please call ahead
  • Pay over the phone with a credit card
  • Your food or medication will be placed in a designated area outside available for pickup during regular hospital hours.
