Important COVID-19 Update!

(Updated November 30, 2020) As numbers begin to rise again in our area, we are putting safety measures in place to protect our families and your families. 

Please adhere to the following guidelines: 

 

Manheim Pike: 

Appointments – Our lobby is closed. 

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please park in a numbered spot. 
  • Call the office and let us know where you are parked. 
  • One of our team members will call you to get a history of your pet, then come to your car to bring your pet inside the building. 
  • Dogs must be on leashes/cats must be in a carrier. 
  • The doctor will perform an exam, then call you with a treatment plan. 
  • Our client service representative will take payment over the phone, and your pet will be returned to you. 

 

Medication + Food – please prepay for these items when calling for a refill. Your items will be placed inside the 1st front door for you to pick up.

 

Leola

Appointments – Our lobby is closed.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office and let us know you’ve arrived
  • One of our team members will call you to get a history of your pet, then come to your car to bring your pet inside the building. 
  • Dogs must be on leashes/cats must be in a carrier. 
  • The doctor will perform an exam, then call you with a treatment plan. 
  • Our client service representative will take payment over the phone, and your pet will be returned to you

 

Medication + Food – please prepay for these items when calling for a refill. Your items will be placed in the bin on the porch for you to pick up.

 

 

Mulberry Street:

Appointments – Our lobby is open. 

  • Please come inside when you arrive. A mask covering your nose and mouth must be worn. 
  • We will ask that you please remain in the lobby properly socially distanced from our front desk and others while we take your pet in an exam room.
  • Please socially distance during the payment process also.

 

Medication/Food – Please call ahead for all orders. You will be asked to prepay for meds or food and it will be in a location of your choice. Either inside or on the front step.
