No Show Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

With that in mind we will require you to prepay for a future appointment if you have missed 2 appointments or cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time. That prepayment will be forfeited if you again miss that appointment. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to anyone who has demonstrated disregard for our policy.

Late Arrivals

We do our best to make accommodations for unforeseen events, however – Please be aware if you arrive 15 minutes or later for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
